Production Of Quality

Every imported lot of green coffee is subject to samples control both before and after shipping. Sight, scent and taste are tested along with chemical and physical properties. These processes are implemented by specialized labs to guarantee that sanitary and quality requirements are fulfilled.

For every kind of coffee bean (according to the origin and variety) a roasting curve and degree is defined to achieve the best output in the terms of qualitative parameters.

Packaging is also realized according to conservation standards. Vacuum degree, oxygen residual, density and quality are all important to define the durability and value of the product. 

​

Lettering on every confection must be correct in weight, characteristics and manufacturing phases. Traceability is guaranteed in terms of raw materials, packaging materials, production processes and quality controls.
