Our project was born with the goal of explaining in ways as plain as possible our personal concept of coffee and ice-cream industry. The revolution that a little warm cup or a fresh and colorful cone can make in everyday life is gentle but strong: just one moment, suspended from the fast rhythms of modern society, in a cold winter or a hot summer, in a busy day or in an evening spent with friends, it’s something we can enjoy by ourselves or share with others in the most natural way. Moreover, there is a strong link between coffee and the metal industry: from the traditional devices to the most modern ones in stainless steel, through hard work and a huge experience collected in several years, Italian brands defined precisely the materials and techniques required to reach the easiest usage and the highest quality. Our hope is to give to others a good knowledge of this extraordinary world, and we must thank for this all the brands, the institutes and the people who collaborated with enthusiasm.
